Well Ready Or Not, JUNE has arrived and SUMMER is in sight!
I’m actually not quite sure what that means – will we be out and about or will Corona put a damper on our summertime sunshine??
No one knows for sure – but for now I’m moving ahead in hopes of the best! My summer plans include making up for lost time with cookouts and gatherings with family and friends that is for absolute sure!
And isn’t this simple maxi just the perfect thing for hazy summer days and slow summer evenings?!

This little dress will definitely be on repeat this season! I have paired it with these comfy sneaks – the perfect look for a Sunday afternoon stroll. A quick change into a great pair of espadrilles, cute wedges or flat sandals would walk this cute dress right down another beautiful avenue! I’m telling ya, it’s the perfect summer addition to your dress party!
Even on the warmest summer day, you’ll usually find me sporting some type of lightweight jacket. The heat and humidity here in the south can be stifling but I seem to instantly catch a chill the moment I enter the office! Grocery stores – heck, shopping anywhere really – sends a chill down my spine with frigid thermostats set to COLD and I always dress accordingly! Denim jackets seem to be my summertime best friend and This One is my favorite right now! It’s a big longer and looks great with a dress or pants. I have several others in various colors – I usually buy one every year since I wear them so often. Here are a few I own and others I’d definitely like to add to my closet!
